3. Quotations and Estimates

Any quotations or estimates provided by Brighton Damp Proofer are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. All quotations are subject to a full property survey being carried out.

  • Quotations are based on the information provided at the time of the survey
  • Additional work may be required if hidden issues are discovered
  • Prices may be subject to adjustment based on site conditions

4. Guarantees and Warranties

Brighton Damp Proofer offers a 20-year guarantee on damp proofing works, subject to terms and conditions. Guarantees are provided in writing upon completion of works.

  • Guarantees are transferable to new property owners
  • Annual inspections may be required to maintain guarantee validity
  • Exclusions apply for damage caused by third parties or external factors

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon before commencement of works. Standard payment terms are:

  • 50% deposit required to commence works
  • Balance payment due upon completion
  • Payment methods: Bank transfer, debit/credit card

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a booked appointment or scheduled works, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a charge.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability
